The Broadwest facility is a new mixed use development, cited on a full city block in downtown Nashville. For this project, ACI was contracted to provide central plant and core building HVAC controls for the office tower and flex office building on this site. ACI integrated multiple control systems (across various trades) into the Automated Logic WebCTRL platform to serve as the customer’s front end building control solution. As part of this system, Automated Logic monitors and controls garage ventilation for 7 sublevels of parking area over an entire city block.
